Leadership
The SCCA Foundation is led by a Board of Directors approved by the SCCA, Inc. Board of Directors.
The Foundation Board is assisted by the Foundation Executive Director and the SCCA’s TireRack Street Survival Coordinator.
Each Board member serves on at least one program committee.
JEFF JACOBS | CHAIRMAN
SCCA Region: Philadelphia
Joined SCCA: 1993
Jeff has served as the Region Executive of the Philadelphia Region SCCA and primarily participates in autocross events. He is Senior Deputy General Counsel for Comcast Corporation.
ARNIE COLEMAN | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
SCCA Region: Continental Divide, Colorado
Joined SCCA: 1999
Arnie also serves as the Regional Director of the Continental Divide Region. He primarily participates in autocross events and staffs and supports Regional and National Solo and Road Racing events
VELMA BOREEN | SECRETARY
SCCA Regions: Milwaukee, NWOR, Saginaw Valley, Indianapolis
Joined SCCA: 1976
Velma is currently on the board for Indianapolis Region as the Secretary, treasurer for the Great Lakes Division, on the nominating committee for the Hall of Fame, and has been involved with the Women on Track program since its inception and continues to serve on the committee. Initially she joined SCCA to work at Road Races “for free” but when she and her husband Raleigh moved to Toledo, they became involved with Solo.
RALEIGH BOREEN | DIRECTOR
SCCA Regions: Milwaukee, NWOR, Saginaw Valley, Indianapolis
Joined SCCA: 1976
Raleigh and his wife Velma have worked SCCA road races since 1970. They have been active Soloists since 1983. Raleigh first served on the SCCA Foundation Board from 2008 to 2017. His second stint began in late 2019.
HOWARD DUNCAN | DIRECTOR
SCCA Region: Central Florida Region
Joined SCCA: 1981
Howard has served on the Solo Events Board and as the ProSolo Series Manager, and in 1990 become a member of the SCCA National staff. Over the next 30+ years, he held a variety of roles in Solo, Rally, RX, Foundation, Hall of Fame, Tire Rack Street Survival, and Program Development before retiring in 2022. He continues to participate as a driver, along with his wife Linda, at a variety of SCCA events.
BOB EDDY | DIRECTOR
SCCA Region: Des Moines Valley, Colorado
Joined SCCA: 1967
Over the past 50+ years, Bob has held numerous positions at Regional, Divisional, and National levels. He held - and raced in - SCCA Club racing for 18 years in the 70's and 80's. He’s been an active National Steward for 28 years. Bob holds an SCCA officials license for TT and has a TT competition license. He’s been a Director on the SCCA Foundation Board for 7 years.
TERE PULLIAM | DIRECTOR
SCCA Region: Atlanta
Joined SCCA: 1997
Tere has served as Atlanta Region Regional Executive for six years, while also serving on the
National board as the Area 12 Director. She is interested in all areas of the club and is a Divisional Registrar. Tere has participated in Solos, Hillclimbs, and Track Days.
