A Veteran’s Praise for VETMotorsports

Wow! I honestly cried arriving and leaving Thunderhill. So many times have I went to watch with dreams of one day challenging myself enough. The leader of the event mentioned VETMotorsports sponsored the event and had a rep there. I really was kind of shocked and surprised so I stayed silent at first. I regret not standing up and knowing what to say.

Thanks VETMotorsports for giving me this opportunity! It’s been a decade since I’ve left service now, and I’ve not been so mentally stimulated since. The SCCA TrackNight in America officials were amazing. Riding with an instructor showed me where to position the car for the more challenging sections, and I left sessions 2 and 3 feeling like I accomplished something that seemed impossible at the start.
