This prize features a trip for four to the Bank of America 400 on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 2 p.m., as well as the Drive for the Cure 250 on Saturday, on the ROVAL at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Prepare for the race weekend by arriving on Thursday, October 5th with four nights of hotel accommodations (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights), two rooms with two double beds, at The Embassy Suites Charlotte, 4800 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28217. The hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Just 6 miles to the NASCAR Hall of Fame and 20 miles to the Hendrick Motorsports headquarters, it’s a great base of operations for the weekend.
The race weekend begins on Friday, October 6th with a guided tour of the Hendrick Motorsports campus in Charlotte, NC, including the race shops for the NASCAR teams prior to race day. The tour will include Rick Hendrick’s private collection – a 58,000 square foot building featuring more than 220 vehicles. Each guest will receive a Hendrick Motorsports gift bag with signed items and other memorabilia. During the tour, opportunities for introductions to Hendrick Motorsports personnel including “Mr. H” himself, Jeff Gordon, and other Hendrick team members, drivers, and crew will be contingent upon their individual availability during the time of the visit.
Four tickets to the NASCAR Hall of Fame make it a complete NASCAR weekend not to be missed by any fan. The tickets include access to the NASCAR simulator.
On Saturday and Sunday your package includes private round-trip motor coach transportation from the Embassy Suites hotel to Charlotte Motor Speedway. A local race-day guide will greet you at the hotel and accompany you on the motor coach to the track.
On Saturday, your Xfinity Series race tickets will be in the Ford Section with a great overview of the track by Turn 1.
On Sunday, you’ll have four Pre-Race Track Passes providing access to the front of the stage for the pre-race pit party, concert and driver introductions.
Then enjoy the Sunday race from reserved seating in the Speedway Club. Indoor climate-controlled seating featuring high-back, padded chairs and TV monitors. Clubhouse seats are located directly across from pit road and one level below The Speedway Club Restaurant, which provides excellent views of the gigantic HDTV. Includes elevator access, cash-bar service, clubhouse level restrooms and easy access to the 5th Floor Café. The indoor Café area offers a casual dining menu with cash-bars, sweet shop, and an indoor dining area. Food and beverage are not included. (Please note there is a dress code: business casual/country club casual such as dress pants and capris, golf-style/walking shorts. In addition to the above, they allow jeans, jean shorts, running shoes and casual shirts. Jackets and ties are not required. Located in Uptown Charlotte, N.C., the 150,000sf NASCAR Hall of Fame is an interactive, entertainment attraction honoring the history and heritage of NASCAR. The high-tech venue, designed to educate and entertain race fans and non-fans alike, opened May 11, 2010 and includes artifacts, interactive exhibits, and a 278-person state-of-the-art theater. Also on the property is Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and the NASCAR Hall of Fame Gear Shop. The goal of the facility is to honor NASCAR icons and create an enduring tribute to the drivers, crew members, team owners and others that have impacted the sport in the past, present and future.
Hendrick Motorsports is located in Concord, North Carolina, one mile from Charlotte Motor Speedway. The campus features state-of-the-art facilities and technology, which the organization’s four NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams employ in preparation for race day.
