Executive Committee
SCCA Foundation presentation during the SCCA National Convention was well received and has received good feedback.
Clay has met with AUSA regarding the military involvement with SCCA Foundation. Meeting went well and they are looking forward to working with the SCCA Foundation.
One concern they have is safety and that is being addressed.

Communications – Jim
Archives – Bob
Call with the IMRRC and Margaret were positive.
Bob would like to have an in-person meeting with the IMRRC staff. May try to tie it in with the NEDiv meeting the weekend of February 20-22, 2026.
Need to establish how much digitization needs to/should be done. Currently only about 25 SCCA members are requesting information from the IMRRC.
Women On Track – Tere
Committee is working on the 2026 season.
The Wendi Allen Scholarship Fund had 54 women apply for that scholarship. Decision will be made at the beginning of February and announced. Perhaps increase the number of scholarships given in light of how any applications were received? Up for discussion with the WoT committee.
Museum of American Speed, Lincoln - Raleigh
The current display at the Museum of American Speed (MAS) was discussed. This display has been at MAS since the fall of 2024, with the idea that the display will be in place until the fall of 2026. However, it is time to start thinking about what the next display will be. It takes time to come up with an idea, not to mention working on getting cars for the new display. There are funds in the budget to get cars in and out of MAS.
Old Business
What are the roles of all of the SCCA Foundation board members?
Need to continue working on the by-laws revamp.
Discussion took place with Peter Cline in regards to VETMotorsports and our involvement with that group in 2026.
The 2026 budget is still a work in progress.
New Business
Discussed the possibility of scaling back some of the meetings for the Foundation to bi-monthly. Opted to keep them monthly for now.
Meeting adjourned at 8:38 PM Eastern Time.
Next meeting is February 19, 2026 at 7 PM Eastern Time.
