December 2025 Board Meeting Minutes

Discussion included approval of amended November minutes and the November financial report, including updates on intercompany balances and Solo Nationals proceeds. The Board reviewed leadership transition plans for Tire Rack Street Survival, discussed Foundation strategy and alignment with SCCA leadership, and addressed key 2026 budget items. Most committee and program updates were deferred to January.
