Meeting was called to order by Jeff at 7:00 PM Eastern Time.
A motion was made by Raleigh, seconded by Bob to approve the November meeting minutes. Motion passed. The minutes for November will be forwarded to Rachel to post on the SCCA Foundation website.
FINANCIAL REPORT - Jeff Dahnert
November financials were sent to committee members for their review.
Second half of 2024 payment for LMS has been paid.
Question was asked regarding the Intercompany Balance due.
This is a payment from SCCA Inc. to the Foundation by the end of the year.
Question raised regarding insurance if a sweepstakes winner is injured while participating in the event that they won.
There is a disclaimer that indicates that SCCA is not liable.
Bob has purchased gift cards for Joe and Rick at the IMRRC and will get those sent to Mark to give to them before the end of the year.
Motion was made by Bob, seconded by Jim to approve the financial statement. Motion passed.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Tire Rack Street Survival - Melanie and Howard
Thirty-two schools took place in 2024
815 students went through the program, with 25 no shows
2 Regions have schools pending for 2025
Registration for those schools not yet open
Supplies for the schools will now be handled by Jaynie Beechuk
Boxes with TRSS wearables at the SCCA office are ready to be shipped to her before the end of the year.
Final details on how to handle billing Regions for supplies still being worked on.
Payments to Regions and from BMW are timelier.
Melanie would like to be able to see the evaluations from students after schools are completed.
Any Regions hosting a school for the first time will not be charged for shirts.
Decision not made on subsequent schools by a Region.
Executive Committee
Budget for 2025 has been distributed to the Foundation committee and was discussed at the December meeting.
Fundraising Committee
Jeff shared the donations report for November.
Monaco GP Sweepstakes was a huge success.
Sweepstakes winner was Geoff Keato of Atlanta, GA. He is not an SCCA member but is a long time F1 fan.
Ticket sales as of 11-30-24 were $137,225.
Foundation net profit was approximately $62,000.
Next sweepstakes has already launched.
Singapore Grand Prix. The drawing will be May 8, 2025.
Spec Boxster Donation
Jeff is working with the donor of the Spec Boxster on paperwork, marketing details, overall story.
Car has been picked up from Tom Berry’s home by Mike Hamrick with Wilwood Brakes and is in storage at the Wilwood Brake facility in Camarillo Ca. Huge thanks to Mike and Wilwood!
Jeff will verify our insurance coverage.
Jim will create a story on the Boxster.
Raleigh will send contact info on Wilwood to Jeff Dahnert.

Archives
Zoom call took place on 11-27-24 with Tony Parella’s staff regarding the TransAm series and their Hall of Fame
Bob did clarify that the TransAm tapes are SCCA property and that they are to stay at the IMRRC.
SCCA approval is needed for the Hall of Fame award.
This ceremony will take place at the TransAm race at Sebring in February 2025. 18 people will be inducted.
Conversation regarding the fee paid to the IMRRC was discussed and is part of the 2025 Foundation budget.
Our contract with the IMRRC goes through June 30, 2026.
Women on Track
The first set of scholarship announcements have been posted on the SCCA website and on Facebook.
The committee is working on their Convention presentation.
Region Development Grants
Three Regions have been awarded grants for the fourth quarter
Saginaw Valley Region – AED Purchase and Training
NEOhio Region – “A Day of Motorsports”
Blue Ridge Region – Ladies Only Autocross School
It was noted that in the future, Ladies Only event support will be referred to the Women on Track committee after Arnie ha had a chance to coordinate with them.
VETMotorsports / Formula SAE / Museum of American Speed, Lincoln
VETMotorsports
Peter Cline and Raleigh met at PRI.
He will touch base with Raleigh after their December meeting
What do they want from SCCA?
Did the SCCA event help them?
What can SCCA do to help VETMotorsports be successful?
FSAE
Discussion has taken place with the SAE personnel to put a plan together on what can be done to give the SCCA and the SCCA Foundation a larger role in the FSAE events and associated activities.
Workshops have taken place in the past during the fall.
Budgets for these two programs would be $6,000 - $11,000.
Museum of America Speed in Lincoln
The new display on SCCA, The Runoffs and Road Racing in America will be ready for viewing in December of 2024. This display will be in place for 24 months.
A video on the display will be available so that is can be used during the SCCA virtual convention in 2025. Working with Mike Cobb on this presentation.
Working with MAS to put this video together.
There is no need for the Museum of American Speed to have a line item in the 2025 budget, as this new display will be in place through 2026.

Peter Jankovskis was on the call to discuss the connection between the SCCA Foundation and the SCCA Inc. Board of Directors.
Two new SCCA Inc. BOD Liaisons were introduced
Peter Bollenbecker and Steve Strickland.
The 2025 draft budget was discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 8:35 PM Eastern Time.
Next meeting is TBD, as our usual third Thursday of the month would conflict with the SCCA Virtual National Convention.
