Currently there is no replacement for Matt. John Rogers is our main contact with Tire Rack. Relationship is strong so status quo for now.

Arnie, Jeff and Kristen had a meeting with Mark Steigerwald with the IMRRC on April 24th to learn more about their marketing plan and budget involved in regards to the Corvette that was their most recent sweepstakes. Decision was made to use the in-house email tool we are currently using for the donor newsletter to have a sweepstakes donor database and do email campaigns without impacting subscriptions to regular SCCA email communications.
The page for the next sweepstakes has been created for proof reading.
Recommended to draw winner by December to allow for travel plans for May race.
Sweepstakes will end November 30th.
Minimum amount raised is proposed to be $30,000. Anything less than that and the winner gets 25% of total raised.
Proposed a cash prize of $2,000 for travel expenses if $30,000 is met.
Communications
Article on Tere and Larry Pulliam’s donation of the gold and silver pendants has been posted in the SCCA Foundation website.
Continue to hold pursuing the Generative AI story teller solution.

Working on a solution to library legacy story articles, along with links to related resources – Inside SCCA podcasts and YouTube Videos
Need to align with ALMA project/fundraising effort.
Added attention to IMRRC archives, however having an independent avenue for donations can be problematic.
